To this end, we consider our affiliate partners (also known as referral partners, third party agents, channel partners) as an important and integral component of our business.

Importantly, we do not take on all projects offered to World City Brokers. We are selective in respect to the Developers and the projects that we represent and aim to offer our buyer clients the best possible blend of location, build quality, liveability and investment potential in each of our projects.

Similarly, we take care in choosing our affiliate partners to ensure that the highest standards of professionalism and integrity are maintained through to completion. All our affiliate Partnerships are documented and transparent.

We strive to negotiate exclusive agreements with our Developer clients as well as to secure special deals within specific projects that we and our partners can offer our client buyers. Such deals may include preferential access to the best apartments, fixtures, fit-outs, discounts, rebates etc.
Referrals
You may have clients and investors who ask you about investing in markets outside your area of expertise and you may be unclear on how to uncover good investment opportunities for them. This can be a lost opportunity for you and your client buyer.
