World City Brokers (‘WCB’) originated in 2002 as a private Real Estate Investment company with a primary focus in the residential market across Eastern Australia. WCB rapidly grew its portfolio by expanding its reach into the Asia Pacific Region by taking advantage of the political and economic conditions that created the opportunity to achieve high returns on Real Estate investments. In 2005, WCB moved its headquarters to Hong Kong and in 2012, recognizing that there was great opportunity in leveraging its Real Estate investment experience by assisting and guiding other investors in building their own Real Estate portfolios, WCB commenced working with Real Estate Developers and Investors.

Since 2012 WCB have operated in global cities such as New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney along with cities within Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and South Korea. It is from these dealings that it has built up an extensive database of suitably qualified foreign and expat investors looking to invest within these regions.
